Dolce&Gabbana Unveils Opulent Residential Tower in Miami’s Skyline

In Miami, known for its striking skyline and coastal beauty, a stylish newcomer stands out in black and ivory attire, crowned with an intricate gold crown. This 90-story skyscraper is constructed with matte black steel beams, reaching a towering height of 1,049 feet, which is the maximum allowed in the city according to Federal Aviation Admission regulations. When it’s completed in 2027, it will share the title of the city’s tallest building with other upcoming projects like the Waldorf Astoria Miami and The Towers, designed by Foster+Partners.

What makes this development unique is its association with the renowned fashion brand Dolce&Gabbana. Located at 888 Brickell Avenue in Downtown Miami, this marks the fashion house’s first venture into real estate, extending their influence from fashion to accommodation.

For residents, the fashion brand’s involvement goes beyond the physical structure. Each of the 259 homes will be fully curated by Dolce&Gabbana, from the one-to-four-bedroom condos to the building’s luxurious amenities, down to the smallest details like bathrobes and book selection.

The interiors, designed by the fashion label’s founders Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana, will offer three color palettes: white with Bianco Striata Marble, black with Nero Marquina Marble, and gold with Giallo Imperiale Marble. These residences feature opulent elements, including Venetian chandeliers and standalone bathtubs with breathtaking ocean views, all harmonizing with the striking exterior designed by Studio Sofield, known for their work on notable projects like New York’s Steinway Tower.
