Avaada Plans Rs 10,000 Cr Green Industrial Campus in Hisar

Avaada Group has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Haryana Enterprises Promotion Centre to develop a 300-acre Zero-CBAM Green Industrial Campus in Hisar, involving an investment of approximately Rs 10,000 crore and expected to create more than 5,000 employment opportunities.

The campus will form a next-generation green industrial ecosystem powered by reliable, traceable and round-the-clock renewable energy, supporting industries seeking to reduce emissions and meet evolving global sustainability requirements, including the European Union’s Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism. Under the MoU, HEPC will facilitate the campus’s development as a state-supported Green Industrial Park, providing support for industrial-park status, customised incentives, common infrastructure and expedited statutory approvals through Haryana’s single-window mechanism.

Avaada Group and the Haryana Government will work to attract anchor investors, technology partners and industrial participants, with plans to explore international investment roadshows across Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Japan and South Korea.

Avaada Group Chairman Vineet Mittal said the campus will bring together reliable renewable energy with industrial infrastructure designed to support low-carbon and CBAM-ready manufacturing, adding that the initiative can attract global investments and technology while catalysing a new generation of green industrial development in Haryana.

The project aligns with Avaada Group’s broader focus on clean energy, industrial decarbonisation and energy security, while supporting Haryana’s goals of attracting investment and strengthening industrial infrastructure.
