Enlight Metals has announced a significant expansion of its manufacturing facility in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, with plans to increase production capacity from around 1,200 tonnes to nearly 4,000 tonnes. The move forms part of the company’s long-term growth strategy to strengthen its ability to serve customers across industrial, infrastructure and contract manufacturing segments.
The expanded facility will incorporate digital monitoring tools, structured quality control processes and advanced manufacturing practices designed to improve productivity and reliability. The enhanced capacity will also provide greater flexibility for the company’s growing contract manufacturing portfolio, enabling it to handle larger projects and respond more effectively to changing customer requirements.
The expansion is expected to create direct and indirect employment opportunities across manufacturing, logistics, technical operations and support services, while also contributing to the broader industrial development of Chhattisgarh, an emerging manufacturing hub in India.
Commenting on the development, Director Vedant Goel said increasing production capacity to nearly 4,000 tonnes will enable the company to better address evolving customer requirements, including growing demand for contract manufacturing solutions, while maintaining the quality, reliability and efficiency that define its operations. He added that the company remains focused on building a future-ready manufacturing ecosystem capable of supporting sustainable long-term growth.
