Valued at approximately ₹445 crore, the contract marks a key milestone for the ultra luxury development, which will feature three 46-storey towers within a low-density, nature-integrated master plan. The project will offer a limited inventory of 3 and 4-BHK residences, ranging from 3,525 to 5,525 sq ft.
Positioned as a landmark offering in Noida, Ekanam is being developed on one of the last available residential land parcels in Sector 107, with a focus on design, sustainability, and execution quality aligned to RERA timelines.
Capacit’e Infraprojects brings extensive high-rise expertise to the project, with a portfolio spanning over 70 million sq ft across major developments.
