Tech company HCLTech has opened an advanced semiconductor laboratory in Bengaluru. Spread across 40,000 sq ft, the facility features 25,000 sq ft of Class 10K and Class 1K cleanrooms and offers end-to-end post-silicon engineering, advanced testing and failure analysis capabilities.
HCLTech has invested Rs 185 crore in the project. The facility is equipped with tools from Teradyne, Advantest, Keysight, Tektronix and Thermo Fisher Scientific, supporting research and development, pre-production and production qualification. The facility is expected to enable faster turnaround times, improve quality and reduce operational complexity.
