Interarch Wins ₹128 Crore Order for FMCG Steel Building

Interarch Building Solutions Limited has secured an order worth approximately Rs 128 crore for constructing a pre-engineered steel building system for a major global FMCG company, with the project linked to a manufacturing facility for homecare, beauty and wellness products.

The company has not disclosed the customer’s name due to confidentiality conditions. Interarch’s scope covers the complete design, engineering, manufacturing, supply and erection of the pre-engineered steel building system, from initial design through to installation at the project site.

The domestic order is expected to be completed in around 10 months, though the company has not disclosed the project’s location or a specific completion date. According to the filing, Interarch will receive 20 per cent of the contract value as an advance payment, amounting to approximately Rs 25.6 crore based on the order value.

Interarch confirmed the order was awarded by a domestic customer in the normal course of business, with no related-party transaction involved and no interest held by promoters, promoter group or group companies in the awarding customer.

Pre-engineered steel buildings are structures whose main components are designed and manufactured at a factory before being transported for on-site installation, helping companies build manufacturing facilities faster while maintaining uniform quality.
