J. Kumar Infraprojects Limited has secured new contracts worth ₹2,487.65 crore, strengthening its presence in Mumbai’s infrastructure sector and boosting its order book.
The company received a ₹521.77 crore contract from Mumbai Metro Rail Corporation Limited for pedestrian vestibule underground works, with a completion timeline of 24 months. In addition, it has been awarded a major civic project through a joint venture with the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai. The total project cost stands at ₹1,965.88 crore, with J. Kumar holding a 73% share valued at ₹1,435.09 crore and an execution period of 42 months.
These wins are expected to significantly enhance the company’s order pipeline, offering long-term revenue visibility and supporting operational growth. With a strong track record in metro and urban infrastructure, J. Kumar continues to expand its footprint in complex engineering projects.
The latest contracts also reflect ongoing investments in urban mobility and civic infrastructure in Mumbai, reinforcing the city’s push towards improved connectivity and modernised public infrastructure.
