Ganesh Industrial Complex is accelerating its presence in North India with plans to develop 8 to 10 private industrial parks across Delhi-NCR over the next three to four years. The move reflects rising demand for organised warehousing and industrial infrastructure driven by manufacturing and e-commerce growth.
The Kolkata-based company has already delivered an operational park in Sohna and recently secured land parcels for two additional developments in Sohna and Jhajjar. These projects are strategically positioned within the evolving NCR logistics belt, offering connectivity to key freight and consumption hubs.
Led by Managing Director Alok Bajoria, the company is focusing on scalable, B2B-oriented industrial ecosystems. The expansion signals a broader shift towards planned industrial clusters, reinforcing Delhi-NCR’s role as a critical node in India’s supply chain and logistics infrastructure landscape.
