KSH Integrated Logistics has expanded its footprint in Bhiwandi with the launch of a 50,000 sq ft warehouse facility, developed for a global FMCG beverage client. This marks the company’s third compliant facility in the region, taking its total capacity in Bhiwandi to 250,000 sq ft, with plans to exceed 500,000 sq ft by year-end.
Strategically located near key infrastructure corridors, including the Samruddhi Expressway and Jawaharlal Nehru Port, the facility is positioned to support faster interstate distribution and efficient last-mile delivery. Designed for high-volume, round-the-clock operations, it targets a truck turnaround time of approximately one hour while enabling specialised cold beverage logistics.
The warehouse integrates SAP-based systems for GRN processing and invoicing, alongside a warehouse management system for real-time inventory visibility. Value-added services such as palletisation, shrink-wrapping and repacking further enhance operational flexibility.
The expansion is expected to generate over 50 jobs and aligns with KSH’s broader push towards scalable, tech-enabled logistics infrastructure across high-growth sectors.
