Arvind SmartSpaces Limited (ASL), a leading Indian real estate developer, has announced plans to establish a 440-acre industrial park in Ahmedabad under a joint development model with a 70.5% revenue share. The project, located along NH-47 on the Bavla-Bagodara Road, is expected to generate a top-line potential of Rs 1,350 crore.
Strategically positioned at a tri-junction, the industrial park will offer connectivity to major cities in Gujarat, including Rajkot, Bhavnagar, and Gandhinagar, as well as key ports like Kandla, Mundra, and Pipavav. Its proximity to the Dedicated Freight Corridor (DFC) and the upcoming Dholera Special Investment Region enhances its logistical advantages. The surrounding micro-market is home to major industries in pharmaceuticals, engineering, renewables, and logistics.
Designed as one of Gujarat’s largest industrial parks, the project will feature critical infrastructure such as a common effluent treatment plant (CETP), Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) systems, labour and executive housing, logistics zones, and weighbridges.
Arvind SmartSpaces CEO Kamal Singal expressed enthusiasm about diversifying the company’s portfolio with this industrial development. He highlighted Ahmedabad’s strong economic growth and the increasing demand for industrial parks, reaffirming ASL’s commitment to expansion in key markets such as MMR, Bengaluru, and Ahmedabad. The company’s new business development pipeline now exceeds Rs 3,850 crore for the year.
