Vibhor Steel Tubes Buys 14.21 Acres in Hisar for ₹20 Cr

Viyom Steel Infra, a wholly owned subsidiary of Vibhor Steel Tubes, has acquired 14.21 acres of land at Kalwas, District Hisar, Haryana, for ₹20.08 crore to establish a new manufacturing facility.

The land was purchased from Mukesh S/o Subhash Chander, and the transaction has been disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The agreement confirms the land is free from all encumbrances, charges, mortgages, attachments, demands, liens and trusts, and the deal is not classified as a related-party transaction.

The new facility will produce transmission towers, monopoles, crash barriers, octagonal poles, high mast poles, pre-fabricated structures and other allied products, adding to Vibhor Steel Tubes’ expanding infrastructure manufacturing footprint.

This acquisition complements the company’s existing manufacturing units in Maharashtra (Sukeli, Raigad district), Telangana (Balanagar, Mahabubnagar district) and Odisha (Sundargarh), strengthening its presence across India’s infrastructure-related manufacturing sector.
