BMW Ventures Limited has secured two purchase orders from Lata Projects Limited, valued at Rs 24.98 crore inclusive of taxes, for the supply of TMT Steel FE-550D Grade to the 3x800MW USCTPP-Adani power project.
The orders are to be executed within eight weeks and paid for with 100 per cent advance, underscoring BMW Ventures’ role as a key materials supplier in India’s infrastructure and power sector. The contracts, awarded by a domestic entity, are not classified as related-party transactions and strengthen the company’s operational pipeline and revenue visibility in the near term.
BMW Ventures Limited is engaged in the supply of construction-grade steel, notably TMT Steel FE-550D, servicing domestic infrastructure and power projects as a materials supplier to large engineering and project contractors. Its market focus includes high-capacity power projects, as evidenced by its recent contracts linked to the 3x800MW unit, aligning with large-scale industrial and energy-sector developments.
