Mount Roofing & Structures has completed a large-scale industrial structure in Hyderabad within a 24-hour execution window, reinforcing its standing among India’s leading pre-engineered building manufacturers.
The completed facility spans 188 metres in length, 47 metres in width and 10 metres in height, built using the company’s proprietary Pre-Engineered Building system. The build was executed by a team of 5 engineers supported by 60 additional workers, covering structural erection, panel fitting and quality checks under strict safety protocols from foundation to final wall system installation.
This is not the company’s first high-speed execution. Mount Roofing & Structures has previously completed 1.2 lakh sq. ft. of PEB construction in 64 hours and manufactured and delivered 1.2 lakh sq. ft. of Sandwich PUF Panels within 24 hours.
The company operates an integrated manufacturing setup combining roofing component production, PEB fabrication and on-site erection, powered by two continuous wall system manufacturing lines with a combined capacity of 7,00,000 square metres per month. It is expanding production with new continuous insulated structure fabrication lines to serve growing demand from infrastructure, cold storage and commercial projects across India.
