Mount Roofing and Structures Private Limited, based in Tumkur, Karnataka, has been honoured at a prestigious World Book of Records ceremony held at the UK Parliament for achieving a groundbreaking milestone in rapid construction technology. The company, led by Managing Director Sher Singh, erected a massive 1,20,000 square feet Pre-Engineered Building structure in just 64 hours, accompanied by the production and delivery of the same area of high-quality Polyurethane Foam panels within 24 hours. This accomplishment establishes a new global benchmark for speed, precision, and innovation in industrial construction.

The record encompasses two remarkable feats: the ultra-rapid construction of the pre-engineered building and express manufacturing of premium PUF panels. The project was executed at the KIADB Industrial Area in Sira, Tumkur, demonstrating both engineering excellence and operational efficiency. The recognition ceremony at the UK Parliament featured notable international figures, reflecting the global significance of this achievement.

Sher Singh emphasised that the milestone highlights the transformative potential of pre-engineered building technology. It allows industrial projects to be completed in a fraction of traditional timelines while maintaining structural quality and sustainability. Mount Roofing and Structures is expanding its PUF panel manufacturing capacity to six lakh square metres to meet increasing demand for large-scale infrastructure projects across India.
