Kalyani Steel Limited is planning a significant investment of Rs 26,000 crore for the establishment of a complex in Gajamara, Odisha. The proposed facility will focus on manufacturing titanium metal, aerospace components, integrated advanced speciality steel, and automotive components. The Odisha state cabinet approved special incentives for this venture, recognizing it as the state’s inaugural aerospace and defence manufacturing complex, as revealed by Chief Secretary P K Jena.

The combined projects, with an investment exceeding Rs 26,000 crore and the potential to generate over 12,000 jobs, are anticipated to bring about a new phase of industrial growth in the state.
