A letter of Intent has been received by Ashoka Builcon for construction of mall cum multiplex. The corporate had submitted supply to Bailey Properties in respect of the project viz. ‘work of construction of mall bodily fluid multiplex, B2+B1+LG+G+4, close to Pillar sixty four, Bailey Road, Patna, province on item rate basis to be completed within fifteen months. Ashoka Buildcon has been awarded the project with the cost of Rs 111.51 crore excluding GST.
