CapitaLand Group, a global real estate investment and development giant headquartered in Singapore, has committed Rs 450 crore to develop a state-of-the-art 1 million square foot IT park in Hyderabad, Telangana. This initiative aligns with Hyderabad’s growing demand for premium facilities to host Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and blue-chip companies.

The announcement came after a high-level meeting in Singapore, attended by Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, IT Minister Duddilla Sridhar Babu, and senior CapitaLand executives. CM Reddy welcomed the move, calling it a milestone in strengthening Hyderabad’s position as a leading business hub.

CapitaLand India Trust Management CEO Gauri Shankar Nagabhushanam praised the Telangana Government’s policies and leadership, emphasizing Hyderabad’s vibrant ecosystem as ideal for sustainable, world-class infrastructure projects.

CapitaLand already operates three major business parks in Hyderabad: International Tech Park Hyderabad (ITPH), aVance Hyderabad, and CyberPearl. The company’s 25 MW IT load data center in Hyderabad is on track for mid-2025 completion, while the second phase of redevelopment at ITPH is expected to be finished by 2028.
