Universal Success Enterprises Ltd (USEL) has announced plans to establish a state-of-the-art logistics park in Assam’s NH-17 cluster, covering key areas like Airport, Palasbari, and Bijoynagar. Spanning 50 acres, the facility will feature both single-level and multi-level warehousing, with a total development area of over 1 million square feet. The project, with an estimated investment of Rs 450 crore, aims to enhance logistics infrastructure while generating more than 7,500 jobs upon completion.

This development is part of a broader initiative, as USEL is planning similar logistics parks across multiple locations to strengthen India’s supply chain network. The company’s chairman recently met Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma to discuss the project’s impact and future expansion. The Assam government has welcomed the investment, recognizing its potential to boost trade and regional connectivity. An MoU between USEL and the state government will be signed at the Advantage Assam event on February 24, 2025.

USEL has already made substantial investments in West Bengal, Gujarat, and other states, reinforcing its commitment to large-scale infrastructure projects. The expansion of logistics parks across multiple regions will provide businesses with modern warehousing solutions, reduce supply chain inefficiencies, and support industrial growth. With growing demand for high-quality logistics facilities, these projects will play a crucial role in strengthening India’s warehousing and distribution sector.
