GMMCO India has officially launched its fully operational service and supply hubs at Butibori and Hingna in Nagpur, marking a significant milestone in the company’s commitment to offering world-class customer support across India. The facilities, which were inaugurated by Shri Nitin Gadkari, Union Minister of Road Transport and Highways of India, are designed to enhance the company’s service offerings in Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, and Goa.

The Butibori and Hingna hubs span across 14 acres and are equipped with cutting-edge infrastructure, including advanced repair and rebuild capabilities, a comprehensive parts distribution center, and high-efficiency machine rebuilding services. The hubs are strategically positioned to provide a one-stop solution for all customer needs, offering fast, reliable, and comprehensive service.

With over 250 skilled personnel, these integrated facilities are set to optimise service response times, reduce repair turnaround, and improve parts availability, all while enabling proactive machine health management. This integrated approach aims to help customers minimize total ownership costs, extend the life of their machines, and ensure that their projects are completed on time and without disruption.

By focusing on seamless integration of service, parts, and rebuilding capabilities, GMMCO India’s new hubs in Nagpur are set to offer enhanced support, improving the overall efficiency and productivity of operations for customers in the region.
