Earlier this week, Larsen and Toubro’s Hydrocarbon vertical, which comes under L&T energy, announced that they have secured a major contract from the Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC).
The company mentions that the scope of the work encompasses a complete spectrum, i.e., includes all aspects of engineering, procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning. The company’s work would be centred around the development of the Topside modifications at the Tapti Daman block at a Western offshore location.
In an exchange, L&T mentioned that its Hydrocarbon vertical operates within different divisions, such as Offshore, Onshore EPC, Modular Fabrication, Advanced Value Engineering & Technology (AdVENT), and Offshore Wind Farm. L&T’s Hydrocarbon vertical provides comprehensive design-to-build solutions across the hydrocarbon sector.
