India’s First Digital Steel Plant Unveiled by American Precoat in Valsad

American Precoat Specialty Pvt Ltd, led by technocrat Dr. Shubh Gautam, has inaugurated India’s first fully integrated digital steel plant in Valsad, Gujarat, marking a significant step toward smart and sustainable steel manufacturing in the country. The plant is equipped with advanced technologies including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), and automation to enhance operational efficiency, sustainability, and product quality.

This next-generation facility features real-time monitoring systems and predictive maintenance capabilities that allow engineers to detect faults before they occur, reducing downtime and maintenance costs.
