Ltd., a joint venture between EJOT Germany and Octaqon India through its TS16949 certified Manesar facility. the company offers a diverse portfolio for modern steel construction and infrastructure project, includes JT3 Super SAPHIR bi metal roof fasteners, JT2 and JT3 self-drilling screws, Solar fasteners, Mechanical and Chemical anchors and facade and interior fastening systems. Patented innovations, advanced manufacturing, and a ‘glocal’ approach ensure durability, precision, and reduced import dependency.
How do your fasteners ensure strong load bearing, leak proofing and corrosion protection in steel structures?
Our self-drilling screws combine drilling, thread formation and fastening in one step, ensuring strong load bearing performance with ETA and FM approvals. Leakproof security is achieved through high grade EPDM bonded washers, while A2 and A4 austenitic stainless steel with a self-regenerating oxide layer provides long term corrosion protection. These features ensure durable and dependable fastening for steel structures.
How are your products engineered and tested to withstand India’s diverse climates and seismic conditions?
We engineer JT2 and JT3 self-drilling screws to handle structural stresses and validate them through pullout, pullover and shear tests. In APPLITEC labs, we simulate extreme temperatures, high humidity and conduct Kesternich and Salt Spray tests for corrosion resistance. For seismic zones, our Multifix SE1000 chemical anchors support dynamic loads, while EJOTGUARD coating on JT2 fasteners enhances durability in coastal environments.
With growing adoption of PEB, modular construction and solar mounting systems, how is your R and D driving innovation?
Our innovations focus on speed, sustainability and secure installation. EJOFAST and Super SAPHIR drill tip technologies ensure rapid fastening with precision. Solar specific solutions such as JA3 SB 8.0 for timber and JT3 SB for steel eliminate pre-drilling while maintaining excellent weather tightness. High strength materials optimise fastener usage and support faster, more efficient builds.
Collaboration with designers and fabricators is key to performance. How do you support them in delivering strong and aesthetic steel structures?
We collaborate early with architects, consultants and fabricators to ensure seamless fastening integration. From material selection and load analysis to custom solutions like JT3 Super SAPHIR for aluminium standing seam roofs, we support both aesthetics and durability. Advanced prototyping, simulations and on-site training further ensure flawless installation and real-world performance.
