Anmol Infrabuild LLP, a prominent developer in Gujarat’s real estate sector, continues to lead the way with ground breaking projects across the residential, commercial, and logistics domains. One of its key ventures, the Anmol Laxmi Industrial & Logistic Park, located near Pinglaj, Kheda, sets new standards in warehousing and logistics infrastructure with its state-of-the-art design and engineering.

This ambitious logistics park consists of 10 buildings, with a total weight ranging between 1600 MT and 1800 MT of structural steel, resulting in a total building area spanning 30,000-40,000 sq m. The average building height is set at an impressive 12 m, offering optimal ventilation to maintain ideal air exchange rates.

The park’s layout is carefully designed to ensure smooth vehicle flow, with interconnecting roads placed strategically to avoid any obstructions. The buildings, averaging 100 m in length and 40 m in width, provide ample space to accommodate future tenants.

Superior Structural Design
The structural engineering of Anmol Laxmi Industrial & Logistic Park follows rigorous standards to ensure safety, durability, and efficiency. Complying with the AISC 2010 and MBMA 2012 steel construction codes, the design takes into account its location within Seismic Zone III, demanding robust resistance to seismic forces.

An essential feature of this logistics park is the need for bird-proof structures. Tata Structura’s rectangular hollow sections (RHS) proved to be the ideal solution, offering unparalleled durability, strength, and aesthetic appeal. The Tata Structura RHS were used in purlins and connected in such a way that its top surface aligned with the top of rafter. This eliminated any gap between rafter and roof sheet and discouraged birds to rest and nest inside the shed. The sealed, smooth surfaces and expertly finished edges make these areas inaccessible for nesting, preserving the structure’s integrity.

Moreover, the aesthetic shape of hollow sections did not allow any space for dust to accumulate unlike the usual Z purlin that has a tendency to collect dust in its bottom flange. The approach of using Tata Structura RHS not only maintains cleanliness but also ensures a longer lifespan for the buildings with reduced maintenance needs.
Tata Structura’s RHS measuring 145 x 82 x 3.2 mm, in high strength Yst 310 grade has been chosen to be used as purlins. Purlins contribute to over 40% of the structural steel weight. And by using the high strength Tata Structura sections, the structural steel consumption was optimized comfortably.

Rapid Construction
Tata Structura has been the cornerstone of this project, contributing approximately 20 per cent of the total structural weight across all buildings. These high-quality steel tubes enabled rapid construction and streamlined the erection process, allowing each building to be completed within an impressive 4-5 months. The precision-engineered RHS sections and rectangular hollow profiles accelerated the pace, providing structural integrity without compromising the aesthetic finish.

Enhanced Project Delivery
Anmol Infrabuild LLP collaborated closely with Tata Structura throughout the design phase to ensure that all structural elements met stringent performance criteria. Tata Structura, serviced by Devam Enterprise, supplied approximately 200 MT of their high-grade steel sections, which played a crucial role in making this vision a reality. This collaborative effort underscored the commitment to delivering quality while adhering to rigorous safety standards, as well as achieving Anmol Infrabuild’s vision of an aesthetically superior logistics park that prioritizes functionality and longevity.

Anmol Laxmi Industrial & Logistic Park stands as a testament to modern industrial infrastructure, combining structural resilience, rapid construction, and aesthetic appeal, largely attributed to the innovative solutions provided by Tata Structura.
