The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority has invited EPC contractors to build its new central office at Sector 18, Yamuna Expressway, approximately 10 kilometres from the upcoming Noida International Airport. Valued at ₹257 crore with a two-and-a-half-year completion timeline, the project signals the Authority’s intent to anchor its administrative presence within the region’s rapidly expanding development corridor.
The proposed steel-and-glass structure will rise across two basements, a lower ground floor, ground floor, and five upper floors, incorporating solar roofing, motion-sensing controls, rainwater harvesting, sewage treatment, CCTV surveillance, and advanced building management systems. The EPC contractor will manage the project end-to-end, from design through commissioning.
The relocation from its current base in Sector Omega I, Greater Noida, reflects YEIDA’s need for a larger, modern headquarters capable of efficiently managing the surge in planning, approvals, and public services driven by the airport, industrial parks, logistics hubs, and data centre projects taking shape across the region. Bids close on May 28, with technical bids opening the following day.
