Arvind SmartSpaces has marked a major step in its Mumbai growth journey with the signing of a ₹2,400 crore high-rise residential project in Goregaon West. Positioned as the company’s largest deal in the city, the development will be executed in partnership with Sigma Oxford Realtors.
Spanning a saleable area of 0.67 million sq ft, the project is set to add significant housing inventory in one of Mumbai’s well-connected suburbs. With proximity to key arterial routes such as the Western Express Highway, Link Road, and SV Road, the location continues to attract strong residential demand.
Alongside the project, the company has undertaken a strategic restructuring of its subsidiary operations. Its wholly owned arm, Arvind Skyline Private Limited, has acquired a 49% stake in Oxford Navrang Realtors Pvt. Ltd., while also divesting a 13% stake to external investors.
Structured through formal agreements, the transactions reflect a calibrated approach to expansion, reinforcing the company’s focus on scalable urban developments in high-demand markets.
