B R Goyal Infrastructure Limited has secured a work order worth Rs 23.37 crore from Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation Limited (MPRDC) for the construction of a hockey and athletic stadium in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh.
The project involves the development of a sports complex with allied infrastructure at Nanakheda, reflecting the company’s growing presence in the sports infrastructure segment. The contract has been awarded through a Letter of Acceptance and is classified as a domestic project.
The execution period for the project is set at 24 months, including the rainy season, and will commence from the date of signing of the agreement.
Ritika Jhala, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, B R Goyal Infrastructure Limited, confirmed the development as part of regulatory disclosures to the stock exchange.
The company stated that the contract does not involve any related party transactions and complies with applicable SEBI regulations. The project marks another step in the company’s continued participation in public infrastructure development across Madhya Pradesh.
