Prologis has begun construction of its logistics park at Redhills in North Chennai, marking its third presence in Tamil Nadu.
Prologis Park Redhills CPRR is being developed as a Grade A industrial and logistics hub with a total potential of 1.1 million sq ft. Spread across 51 acres along the Chennai Peripheral Ring Road corridor, the project adds to the company’s footprint in Hosur and Sriperumbudur. Together, these locations account for nearly 6.5 million sq ft with an investment of around Rs 3,300 crore.
The first phase includes two buildings covering about 412,000 sq ft, with work already underway and completion targeted by the third quarter of 2027.
Located along the northern stretch of the CPRR, the park is expected to improve connectivity to Ennore and Kattupalli ports, while offering better access to the Chennai–Kolkata highway.
Once completed, the development will offer modern warehousing spaces with wide truck courts, high clear heights and reliable power infrastructure, catering to logistics and manufacturing needs.
