The structure is thoughtfully divided into two distinct zones: the lower, showcasing Thai modern architecture with expansive green public spaces and a sun-shaded facade. The upper zone features a sculptural perforated aluminium facade that conceals engineering innovations and reduces energy use. A roof garden connects the zones, mitigating the urban heat island effect.
The building showcases engineering excellence with 16 m column-free spans and two-temperature cold water system that cuts energy use by 40 per cent. Sustainability is embedded through water reuse for irrigation, a natural garden for water treatment, a robotic parking system, and informative transparent displays. Over 20 per cent of the interiors and landscape feature recycled materials.
