HCBS Developments Limited has appointed Jindal Stainless as the stainless steel supply partner for Twin Horizon, its upcoming high-rise residential project in Sector 102, Gurugram. The collaboration centres on the use of Jindal Infinity Stainless Steel Rebars for diaphragm wall applications and raft foundations, a considered material choice driven by the site’s high groundwater conditions, where superior corrosion resistance and long-term lifecycle performance are critical.
Spanning 5.29 acres, Twin Horizon will comprise two high-rise towers with 268 residences and seven commercial spaces, designed by Morphogenesis and constructed by Krishna Buildestates Private Limited. Excavation and D-Wall work for Tower West has been completed, with Tower East currently in progress.
The deployment positions HCBS among the early adopters of stainless steel rebars in high-rise residential construction, a segment where the material’s durability and reduced maintenance requirements are beginning to shift foundational design decisions. For Jindal Stainless, the partnership extends its growing presence in structural construction applications as the sector increasingly evaluates long-term performance alongside upfront material costs.
